By accessing or using the services of Personallovespec, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Personallovespec provides professional tailoring, clothing repair, alterations, and related services. We strive to deliver high-quality craftsmanship in all our work. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Custom clothing creation and design
- Garment alterations and adjustments
- Clothing repair and restoration
- Hemming and seam modifications
- Fabric repair and restoration
- Suit and formal wear adjustments
Service Estimates
All service estimates are provided in good faith based on initial assessment. Final pricing may vary based on the actual work required. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices may be subject to change based on material costs and complexity of work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods as communicated at the time of service, including cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
For custom work or large orders, a deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their tailoring needs
- Ensuring garments are clean and in reasonable condition for alteration
- Collecting completed work within a reasonable timeframe (typically 30 days)
- Communicating any specific requirements or concerns clearly
- Providing accurate measurements and fit preferences
- Informing us of any pre-existing damage or special handling requirements
Limitation of Liability
While we take every care in handling your garments, Personallovespec's liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear that becomes apparent during the tailoring process
- Damage resulting from fabric deterioration or material defects
- Loss or damage to garments left unclaimed for more than 90 days
- Consequential or indirect damages
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any legitimate concerns, including making adjustments at no additional charge when appropriate.
Our warranty covers workmanship defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or alterations made by other parties.
Unclaimed Items
Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days may be disposed of or sold to recover costs. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking such action.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Personallovespec and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services:
- For any unlawful purpose
- To violate any local, state, or federal laws
- To infringe upon the rights of others
- To transmit harmful or malicious code

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
