Service Satisfaction Guarantee

Personallovespec is committed to providing exceptional tailoring services. We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your alterations and repairs.

Review Period

You have 14 days from the date of service completion to review your altered or repaired garments. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns.

Eligibility for Adjustments

To be eligible for adjustments or corrections, your garment must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of service completion
  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Not have been worn or damaged after our service
  • Be accompanied by your original service receipt

Free Adjustments

If the alteration or repair does not meet the specifications we discussed, we will make necessary adjustments at no additional charge. This includes:

  • Fit corrections that were part of the original service agreement
  • Repairs that did not meet our quality standards
  • Work that does not match the agreed-upon specifications

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are available only in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to complete the service as agreed
  • If the garment is damaged during our service process
  • If we cannot meet the agreed-upon specifications and you choose not to proceed

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service completion. Processing time for refunds is 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has begun:

  • Custom garment creation where materials have been cut
  • Services where you have changed your mind about the alterations
  • Work completed according to specifications but not meeting personal preferences
  • Emergency or rush services

Damaged Garments

While we take every precaution, if your garment is damaged during our service, we will:

  • Assess the damage and determine the best course of action
  • Offer repair or replacement options
  • Provide a full refund if the garment cannot be repaired or replaced

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided or the garment's current market value, whichever is less.

Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or fabric deterioration that becomes apparent during the tailoring process. We will inform you of any such conditions before proceeding with work.

How to Request a Return or Adjustment

To request a return, adjustment, or refund:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of service completion
  2. Provide your service receipt or order number
  3. Describe the issue or concern
  4. Bring the garment to our location for inspection

Processing Time

Adjustments and corrections are typically completed within 3-5 business days. Refunds, when approved, are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
